We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if the order placed before 12:00 (noon) if ordered after 12:00, it will be dispatched the next working day.
If an order placed on a Friday afternoon, it will be dispatched on the following working day (exp. following Monday). This applies to Next day service too.
All weekend and bank holiday orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next day delivery services are not guaranteed by any courier of a 24hrs delivery from an order been placed. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, parcel volume and traffic conditions. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that your parcel will arrive in 24hrs! However, in most cases, you will receive the package on the next working day.
Shipping problems due to an incorrect address.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If your parcel is returned to us or held by depo due to an incorrectly entered address, and need to book re-delivery. We will have to charge a minimum fee of £5 or as required for each re-delivery attempt. This is to cover the cost of handling and postage.
If your order is damaged while in transit.
If you discover your parcel has been damaged in transit (unfortunately, this could happen on rare occasions no matter how well we package your order), please be careful of any broken glass. We would recommend handling the broken jar as little as possible and wearing gloves or taking other protective measures.
In case of damage during transit, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. We will require photographic proof of the damage, this must be sent to us before we can process your request. If you are keen to dispose of the broken jar of honey as soon as possible (they can be quite a mess), please take a couple of photographs for us first. Photos can be sent via email to email@example.com, or if you do not have access to a camera or the internet, please call us for assistance (0800 689 0579).
All breakage claims must be reported immediately after receipt of the parcel!
Failed delivery due to missed delivery attempts.
The currier will make 3 attempts to deliver a parcel. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to be able to accept delivery on the shipping address supplied to us. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us. The return charge is £5.00+VAT which is payable by the customer. For the redelivery of the order, the appropriate standard shipping fee is chargeable. We strongly recommend contacting us or the currier company immediately after the first missed delivery attempt, to avoid inconvenience. There is a possibility to arrange alternative delivery options in case you are not available to accept delivery at the shipping address at the given time.
