Harvested in the forests, meadows, and fields of the Baltic Sea region, the western part of Lithuania, and Northern Europe. Lithuania is famous for its unspoiled natural environment, rolling hills broken up by small rivers and streams running into the baltic sea.

Our Organic Buckwheat Honey is a dark brown colour (even black while the honey is liquid) highly, nutritious honey, rich in smell and taste, collected from the buckwheat flowers, used as a tasty sweetener and popular for its many health benefits. It is higher in antioxidants than any other type of traditional honey and is very rich in vitamins and minerals, therefore it is considered to be a healthy food source. Interesting, lovely flavour

This doesn't taste like traditional honey, but not in a bad way. I can taste the buckwheat and I love it, it feels like such a pure product like I can taste the part of nature it came from. I love that it is raw and organic, makes me feel like I'm nourishing myself every time I have a spoonful.
