If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Raw Artisan Honey, just talk to us! We are here to help you!
How does it work?
You will have 60 days after receiving your product to return it.
If you are not happy with the taste or any aspects of the honey you received, you can send it back to us, however, we only accept this type of returns if the jars are more than 3/4 full.
When we say NO RISK we mean it! If you want to return your honey we will cover the return costs, so there is no risk for you.

*Excluded Products From NO-RISK return: All our 900g jars, 5kg tubs and larger containers are excluded from our NO-Risk return policy. We are only able to accept returns of these products if they are in their original unopened packaging. If you are unsure of the taste of any of our honey, we recommend purchasing the smallest jar to try it.  


If you received your parcel damaged or it is missing, please notify us immediately.
We will exchange the item or refund you the purchase price and the original postage fee if applicable.
