I absolutely love this honey!

I buy the Raw Greek Fir Honey over and over again. I love its strong characterful flavour. My French mum swore by the health benefits of honey, and I can attest to that. Honey every day for me.

Gorgeous honey

Words alone fall short of this amazing honey. It has to be eaten to appreciate it. So thick your lips have a struggle to lever it off the spoon then it sticks to the roof of your mouth where your tongue strokes the taste buds across it savouring tastes of creamy toffee, fudge, caramel and chocolate. After reluctantly swallowing it the after taste yearns for a repeat of the experience, hoping it doesn’t get contaminated with toast or cripbread or portage. In short- it’s bloody lovely
