The colour of Acacia Honey is crystal clear, slightly yellow or greenish in some vintages. The smell of Raw Acacia Honey is identically an acacia flower scent. Its pure flavour and aroma make it unique and taste sweeter than most honey, while its acidity is lower. Raw Acacia Honey is rich in fructose, so it crystallises slower and stays runny longer.

Delicate flavour, great for sweetening

Been buying this in 5kg buckets and the largest jars as we get through so much of it in our family. It's used in everything from porridge to smoothies and is especially good at sweetening stewed rhubarb and apples without overpowering the flavour of the fruit. Also eaten buy the teaspoonful when an energy boost is required. Great service from the company too. Well packed for delivery.

Our favourite honey for all uses

The Acacia honey is used by us medicinally as well as to flavour food of every kind because its mild taste does not obscure the flavours of the meal. It replaces sugar in morning porridge, sweetens lemon water and salad dressings and lifts a stuffed lettuce boat. We buy in huge tubs and decant into large jars for ease of use, and are always surprised how quickly we need to re-order!

Raw honey

Lovely flavoured honey but since the shape of the large jars are now round instead of hexagonal it is more difficult to open the larger 900ml jars. I ordered the honey not only for the honey but it brilliant shape jars. Why Give a wheel to spin when it's less than the January offer.
