Raw Wildflower Honey is a Multi-Floral Honey.

Very tasty variety, we would class it as the most traditional type of honey. Lovely floral taste perfect for everyday use, spread it on your toast or crumpets, add to cereals or porridge. Great for cooking or baking.

If the bees collect their nectar from multiflorous meadows, botanical and herb gardens the different nectar sources will produce multi-floral honey. The composition of the Wildflower honey is always different seasonally and by region. This honey is known as one of the most beneficial of the wide range of medicinal herbs, garden herbs and plants visited by the bees providing all their goodness to the Wildflower Honey. The Raw Wildflower Honey has a wide variety of sugars, organic acids and essential oils, rich in minerals and containing elements that enhance beneficial physiological effects.

Good to know: Wildflower honey has the tendency to crystallise quickly. This is a natural process of raw honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in a bowl of hot water or put it on the radiator and it will return to its runny form. Never microwave Raw Honey!
