Honey Garlic Shrimp
Honey Garlic Shrimp
A delicious, quick and healthy honey garlic shrimp recipe to wow your dinner guests. You are going to love the sticky sauce on this shrimp and this will be a meal that you want to make again and again! I used jumbo peeled shrimp with tail on for these, but you can use whatever kind of shrimp you like or can easily get your hands on.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon raw wildflower honey
- 450gr raw jumbo shrimps
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
Mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a medium bowl to make a marinade.
Place the shrimps into a glass or ceramic bowl. Pour half of the marinade on top, mix well and leave in the fridge for half an hour. (Cover and refrigerate the rest of the marinade.)
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place shrimps in the skillet and cook on both sides. (Approx. 1 min per side) Remove the pan from heat and serve the shrimps drizzled with the leftover sauce. Add a garnish of fresh parsley or green onion. Honey garlic shrimp goes really well with brown rice and steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
