The bees collect it from the nectar of the autumn Heather also known in Greek as -suusura-.

Produced by our friend, Thomas and his family in mainland Greece, just about 2 hrs North of Athens. Thomas is a 3rd generation bee-keeper, who learned everything from his father and granddad.

Heaven’s nectar

I just love this honey. Its rates beautiful & as if nature itself is on your toast. I can only eat this company’s honey as everything else tastes so processed.

Simply amazing!!

By far the best honey I’ve ever had. Heather honey is so good with my Greek yoghurt, raspberries and blueberries. I’ve also purchased the Greek thyme honey and oak honey. They were amazing too. The cinnamon honey however was meh for me.
